What to Expect from INQUIZ Learning Platform?
If your family is new to the idea of online school, you’ll want to take the time to learn how it works before you begin. Having an understanding of what’s involved, the time commitment needed, and the tools you’ll use will help you and your student prepare for a smooth start.
What is the Role of an Inquiz Student?
Naturally, the role of any student is to learn! But when the classroom is at home and online, the expected routine may look a bit different from their normal student experience. To help students get acquainted with the lesson format, the online system, and the tools they’ll use, INQUIZ provides a robust orientation program. Additionally, teachers are available to support students as they transition to online school.
Parent’s involvement as learning coaches
With INQUIZ, a parent or other trusted adult supports the student’s online education at home as a Learning Coach. The role of the learning coach is typically to help with organization and structuring the learning day to ensure the student stays on track. In this essential role, the Learning Coach may also provide assistance and refer their student to the teacher for additional help.
A Day of Online School
Families who attend online school say there’s no such thing as a typical day! That’s because they enjoy a higher degree of flexibility than is possible in a brick-and-mortar school. While there are some fixed-schedule items, the family has the ability to adjust the learning schedule to accommodate a student’s needs and preferences
