Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Effective date: August 1, 2026 · Last updated: August 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the INQUIZ Labs website, the AI Mastery Certificate program, and all related content, expert support, and services (together, the "Services"), operated by FIRST AI HOLDINGS LLC ("INQUIZ Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, enrolling, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

INQUIZ Labs, Academy of Applied Intelligence, is a brand of FIRST AI HOLDINGS LLC, registered in Austin, Texas, USA. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean FIRST AI HOLDINGS LLC. "You" means the person who purchases or uses the programme. You can reach us at sales@inquizlabs.com.

By purchasing or using the programme you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not purchase.

2. What you are buying

The AI Mastery Certificate is an online, self paced programme of 12 modules. It includes written and video lessons, practical exercises, and a capstone project in which you build a working AI agent using third party no code tools.

The programme does not include live classes, scheduled sessions, tutoring, mentoring, or one to one support. Everything is available to you on demand from the moment your access is granted.

References on our website to a cohort, such as "Summer 2026 Cohort", describe the period in which you registered. They are a label only. There is no scheduled start date, no fixed end date, no group you must keep pace with, and nothing in the programme is gated to a cohort.

3. Who can enrol

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

A learner aged 13 to 17 may take part if a parent or legal guardian purchases on their behalf, accepts these terms, and supervises the learner's use of any third party tools. The parent or guardian remains the account holder and is responsible for the account.

The third party tools used in the capstone set their own minimum ages and their own rules on accounts held by minors. Those rules may be stricter than ours and we cannot waive them. It is your responsibility to check that the learner is eligible to use those tools before purchasing.

4. Price and payment

The programme fee is $395 USD, payable in full at the time of enrolment. Payment is taken through Stripe, our payment processor. We do not see or store your card details.

We do not offer instalment billing, payment plans, subscriptions or deferred payment for this programme. There is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel.

Prices shown are in US dollars. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction charges, which are outside our control and are not refundable by us.

5. Your access period

We provide access to the programme for at least 12 months from the date of your purchase.

In practice we do not switch accounts off at 12 months, and we currently intend to keep your access open beyond that period. The 12 month commitment is the minimum we guarantee, not a scheduled expiry date.

If we ever decide to withdraw access after that minimum period has passed, we will give you at least 30 days notice by email so that you can download any materials you want to keep.

Why this is worded this way:it gives you a real, enforceable commitment while leaving us free to retire the product responsibly years from now without breaching a promise of permanent access. We would rather commit to something we can honour than say "lifetime" and be unable to mean it.

6. Your account

Your access is for one named learner. Do not share your login, and do not let anyone else use your account. If you need access for a team, contact us about a team arrangement rather than sharing a single account.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

7. The certificate

To earn the AI Mastery Certificate you must complete all 12 modules and submit your capstone project for review.

Each certificate carries a credential identifier in the format IQ-AIM-YYYY-NNNNN and is issued in the name of INQUIZ Labs, signed by the Course Director.

The certificate is a certificate of completion issued by us. It is not an accredited academic or vocational qualification, it is not awarded by a licensed educational institution, and it is not recognised or endorsed by any accreditation body, university, government or professional association. Please do not represent it as anything else.

8. Third Party Tools

The capstone requires you to create accounts with third party tools, currently Lindy and ChatGPT. These are operated by companies with no connection to us.

You are responsible for accepting their terms, meeting their eligibility requirements, and paying any charges they impose. Their free tiers, pricing, features and availability may change at any time, and we have no control over that.

If a tool we teach becomes unavailable or changes so significantly that the capstone can no longer be completed as written, we will provide an alternative route to completion where we can reasonably do so. That is our commitment in place of any warranty about those tools.

9. What you build, and what stays ours

You own what you build. The AI agent you create as your capstone, and anything else you make during the programme, belongs to you. We claim no rights over it. If we would like to feature your work, we will ask you first.

We own the programme. The lessons, videos, exercises, templates, prompts and all other course materials remain our intellectual property. When you enrol we grant you a personal, non transferable licence to use them for your own learning.

You may not copy, republish, resell, share, sublicense or distribute the course materials, record or re host the videos, or use the materials to build a competing course. You may not use the materials as training data for any machine learning model.

10. What we do not promise

We will teach the material and support you through the platform. We do not promise any particular outcome.

We make no representation or guarantee about employment, promotion, income, business results, client work, or any other result you might hope for. Any examples of what others have achieved are illustrative, not a forecast of your results. What you get out of the programme depends substantially on the work you put in.

11. Changes to the programme and to these terms

We improve the programme over time. We may add, update, reorder or replace modules and materials, and you will receive those updates at no extra cost during your access period. We may occasionally remove material that has become outdated or that we can no longer license.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the programme after that date means you accept the updated terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account, without refund, if you share your credentials, redistribute or resell the course materials, attempt to break the platform's security, or behave abusively toward our staff or other learners.

You may stop using the programme at any time. Outside the refund window in our Refund Policy, stopping does not entitle you to a refund.

13. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the programme is limited to the amount you actually paid us.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business, lost data, or losses arising from your use of third party tools.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

15. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms removes or limits any right you have under the consumer protection law of the country where you live. Where that law gives you more than these terms do, that law applies.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and the courts of Texas will have jurisdiction, except where the mandatory law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
