These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the INQUIZ Labs website, the AI Mastery Certificate program, and all related content, expert support, and services (together, the "Services"), operated by FIRST AI HOLDINGS LLC ("INQUIZ Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, enrolling, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who We Are
The Services are provided by FIRST AI HOLDINGS LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Texas, with a principal address at 5900 Balcones Dr, Ste 100, Austin, TX 78731, United States. References to "INQUIZ Labs" refer to this entity.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or enroll. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and current.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred without our written consent.
3. The Program & Enrollment
The AI Mastery Certificate is a cohort-based, time-bound online program that includes flexible-hours lessons, interactive activities, expert help-desk support, and a capstone project culminating in a certificate of completion. Enrollment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the program materials for your own personal, non-commercial learning.
Expert help-desk support is available throughout each cohort within published response times, and learners showcase their capstone via a recorded walkthrough. We will make reasonable efforts to provide support and materials as described, but specific response windows, personnel, and formats may change.
4. Payment & Payment Plans
Prices are stated at checkout and are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe); by purchasing, you also agree to the processor's terms. You authorize us and our processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown, including any applicable taxes. At checkout you affirmatively agree to these Terms and to our Refund Policy.
Payment plans. If you choose a payment plan, you authorize all scheduled instalments and you commit to pay the full program price, regardless of whether you complete, attend, or participate in the program. Non-participation does not reduce the amount owed. Missed or failed instalments may result in suspension of access until the balance is current, and unpaid balances may be referred for collection. If you are genuinely struggling, contact us before missing a payment and we will try to work out a revised schedule or a deferral.
Discount and promotional codes, where offered, are subject to their own stated conditions (single use, expiry, eligibility) and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes have no cash value and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
5. Refunds & Access
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: a 50% refund is available only if you have never accessed the course and request it within 7 days of purchase; once you access any course content, or after 7 days, the enrolment is non-refundable. You acknowledge that we rely on our access records to determine eligibility, and that the program's value is delivered upon access.
6. Intellectual Property
All program content - including videos, written materials, slides, interactive activities, prompts, frameworks, the INQUIZ Labs name and logo, and the certificate design - is owned by or licensed to FIRST AI HOLDINGS LLC and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use it solely for your own learning.
You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell, publicly post, sublicense, or create derivative works from the content, nor use it to build or train a competing course or product, without our prior written permission. The work products you create during the program (such as your own AI agent and project) belong to you.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Services; share your access with others; harass facilitators or fellow learners; upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or use the Services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, without refund where the violation is material.
8. Third-Party Tools
The program references and relies on third-party tools (for example, ChatGPT and Lindy). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, pricing, or changes to them.
9. Certificates
The AI Mastery Certificate is awarded upon meeting the stated completion requirements. The certificate certifies completion of the program; it is not an accredited academic degree or a professional license, and we make no representation that it is recognized by any particular employer, institution, or authority.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular learning, career, or financial outcome will result from the program.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FIRST AI HOLDINGS LLC and its members, officers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the program in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FIRST AI HOLDINGS LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to arbitration, and you consent to venue there.
