Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is intentionally strict, because the AI Mastery Certificate delivers its full value the moment you gain access. Please read it before you enrol - by purchasing, you agree to it. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. The Short Version
- Never logged in, within 7 days: you may request a 50% refund.
- Logged in / accessed any course content (even one page): no refund.
- More than 7 days after purchase: no refund, regardless of login status.
- Payment plans: the full balance remains due whether or not you complete the program.
- Fell behind or stopped? No refund - but you may defer to a future cohort (see Section 6).
2. Why This Policy Is Strict
This is a digital program that grants immediate, full access to high-value materials, expert support, and a complete capstone framework. Because access cannot be "returned," and because the value is delivered the instant you enter the course, refunds are limited to the narrow circumstances below. Enrol only if you are ready to commit.
3. The Only Refund Available: 50% Before Any Access
You are eligible for a 50% refund only if both of these are true:
- you have never logged in to the course environment and have not accessed any course content - not even the first page; and
- your request is made within 7 calendar days of your purchase date.
If either condition is not met, no refund is available. We determine login and access status from our system's access records, which are authoritative for this purpose.
4. No Refund After Access
The moment you log in or open any part of the course - including the very first page, a single lesson, a video, or any downloadable material - you have received the value of the program, and no refund will be issued. This applies regardless of how much of the program you subsequently use or complete.
5. No Refund After 7 Days
Regardless of whether you have logged in, no refund is available more than 7 days after purchase. After this point the enrolment is final.
6. If You Fall Behind or Can't Continue (Deferral)
Life happens. If you stop participating, lose momentum, or cannot keep up with your cohort, that is not grounds for a refund - the fee pays for access and the opportunity, not for completion. However, we don't want you to lose what you paid for:
- You may defer your enrolment to a future cohort one time, provided you request it within 12 months of your original purchase.
- A small re-enrolment administration fee of [INSERT RE-ENROLMENT FEE, e.g. $[__]] applies to hold and re-seat you in a later cohort.
- Deferral is a courtesy alternative to a refund, not in addition to one.
This keeps the door open so you can still earn your certificate when the timing is right - which is what we'd much rather see happen.
7. Payment Plans - Full Balance Is Due
If you enrol on a payment plan, you are committing to pay the full program price across the scheduled instalments. This commitment stands regardless of whether you complete, attend, or actively participate in the program. Not having the time, motivation, or will to finish does not reduce or cancel the amount owed.
That said, we're human: if you're genuinely struggling, contact us at admin@inquizlabs.com before missing a payment, and we'll do our best to work something out with you - a revised schedule or a deferral (Section 6). What we ask is that you talk to us rather than simply stop paying.
Missed or failed instalments may result in suspension of access until the balance is brought current, and unpaid balances may be referred for collection. You authorise the scheduled instalments at checkout, and that authorisation remains valid for the full plan.
8. How to Request (50% pre-access refund or a deferral)
Email admin@inquizlabs.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Refund Request" or "Deferral Request" and your order reference. We will verify your access status and respond. Eligible 50% refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days (your bank may take additional time to post it).
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us first - most concerns are resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, in circumstances where this Policy does not provide for a refund, is a breach of these terms. We maintain records of your purchase, your agreement to this Policy at checkout, and your access activity, and we will provide these to your bank or card network in response to any dispute. Access may be suspended while a dispute is reviewed.
